Ran 3 miles (switched mon& tues)
really hard but good... still not really where i feel like i should be/want to be, but not as bad as yesterday
then i went to athletic conditioning, at the Y, and did a lot of burpees and mountain climbers and sprints and bear crawls. and then i went on a 2ish mile walk with my mom. so i'm tired
