Comments:
Run with David i was like oh shit he gonna go fast its gonna be like a tempo uh oh fuck.
and he went fast but i went with it and it felt much better than yesterday when i went myusual slower pace. and i wasnt even sore despite having done a leg workout this morning.
But i know the pace was faster than I should go for the summer to prevent premature burnout. but it was nice. everything was generally under control for the run i was surprised i could do that.
