Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not having a good beginning to the month of all. It wasn't until 9pm today I broke out of my funk and went for a run to end the runless streak. 10 days out from the laurel festival. I have done all the training and improving that I can. Now I need stay smart and train smart. Some key points I could work on to have a great race is: Keeping legs loose and lungs fresh. Work on upper body and leg strength routinely.
