this afternoon, a little before 5, it was raining and for some reason I was just feeling motivated and I remembered Coach Howard's setting the pace thing saying that if you are feeling good and want to push yourself just add a few extra miles so i did! it felt so great, i felt very "zen." so much fun! :D
