no preworkout, also not in the morning cuz i didnt wake up. mid afternoon when there was a pause in the experiments.

warmed up with 135lbs for 5 reps. it was like lifting air. up to 185lbs for 3 reps it was like lifting feathers. last warmup set at 225lbs for 3 reps. it was like lifting a bundle of feathers. 225 never felt so easy.
Progressed to 280lbs for 5x5 this week. first set felt much better than 275lbs last week. 2nd set wasnt too bad either. my callouses started ripping even though i had straps. 3rd set i started feeling it but still not the dreadful suck of last week. i was having some balance issues. the bar was occasioanlly not hitting the floor flat and it was like tipping around in my grip. 4th set was tough. 5th set i grinded it out and i was like oh my god its over. thank u lord. and left. had to get back to lab.
I wasfeeling normal in terms of energy levels before hitting hte weight room. afterwards i could have just collapsed anywhere and passed out. deadlifts take everything outta u. it was hard to walk down the hallway or to drive my car lol.
