Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
pace was a little fast. I think I got carried away because of how nice the weather was and that I was out on the trail and not the treadmill. My breathing flipped over from 3-3 to 2-2 at around the 2.5 mile mark, which is indicative of an elevated echelon of intensity, somewhere in between easy and marathon pace. I didn't check heart rate or change in weight due to lack of a scale and because I couldn't check my heart rate while running.
Workout for tomorrow 10 minute warm up, 4 cruise miles at 6:40 pace with 1:30 minute recovery in between, long cool down 20-30 minutes probably 25. This way I can both accomplish a threshold workout and a long run. The rest of the week will be focused on easy mileage at least 36 miles. This way I can have an easy week while still maintain mileage before I increase mileage next week.
