Comments:
did a mile over what I was supposed to do yesterday so I did a mile less today. Honestly feel in shape-ish again. Body feels good. But I have bruises on my toes and therefore can't get on my toes, and that's a problem and I can't go faster. My last .10 miles was at 5:30 pace which is funny hahaha but it was 16 meters so who cares]

yoga: did strengthening poses & some twists, going to do an evening flow later with some more biking and maybe a little pool running.
