Treadmill & weights

Ran on the treadmill at the Y, felt really good! figured out that 7:35 was my happy pace, or my "steady" pace, which is a far cry from a week ago so that was good. Did some weights and strained a lil something while doing weighted lunges so i skipped the strides but hopefully it will be fine tomorrow! im not too worried.
