ran with chris secrestopher. good run even though i ate an hour before and i didnt feel anything. chillllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll. ed in the XCAH with a machete and the emo kid for a bit.
no lifting this week. just recover. and then it's go time for hypertrophy max. boom.
