Comments:
2x300 - was supposed to hit 48. didn't really feel too difficult but felt like i was going pretty fast.

5 min jog with HOH after

1200 - slower than i wanted to run. felt really difficult. legs were fine but was just breathing really heavily throughout the interval.

5 min rest then 5 min jog

3x300 - felt a lot better than i did on the 1200. just ran fast and was able to do so without feeling like i was going balls out. was supposed to go 48 46 44 so that's gud.
