Going to start running right at 6 when I wake up instead of four hours later, and skip the coffee so that I'm not having anxiety attacks while I'm running. Honestly, felt good but the heat KILLED me. Ran my first 2 miles pretty quick and easy, met up with KT and then we kind of died together.
