Weather: 90 and warm!

Comments:
Ran 2 miles on trail after getting stitches out of leg yesterday. Felt ok. Leg really tight were I cut it and my knee was ok. Something just not right about my knee so I think it's most likely my meniscus again:( Will take it slow and see if it gets worse again after my time off/.
