this run was terrible... which is fine, i just put my head down and did it. i felt like i was inching along but my time ended up okay. I was really dehydrated and sore from yesterday's weights and it was just so hot. but it was okay! i got it done and chugged water and gatorade after, so i lived. and learned to drink more
