Oh boy - it was probably against my better judgement to do speed-work out in this heat & humidity. I did it anyway. The goal was 6 x 800m intervals (1/4-mile rest in between) at 5K goal pace (6:00/mile) but after 3 800s I was completely whipped so I decided to try 400s at the same pace and barely survived 3 of those. Glad this workout is over, it was really tough out there.
