Comments:
legs felt like they couldnĀ“t move during the warmup. Felt like I had done the hardest workout the day before, even though I had just walked a lot. Did 2 mile warmup, then 6x (2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy)...surprisingly felt very good during these...2 mile SLOW cooldown feeling rough again
