20/40 Drill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Medical Doctor: "You have PF? Take 6 weeks off from running."

Dr. Davis: "You have PF? Sleep with the PF sock every night. Take a rubber ball, find the spot that hurts the most on your foot, and push so hard that it makes you cry out like a little girl. Then hold it for 10 seconds. Repeat."

It works. Life was good today. Tough to push the hard workouts alone, but averaged 5:59. That's the first short speedwork in about 3 months.
