Weather: Mid 70s, humid, sunny, in between thunderstorms
Comments:
First run with the Nike Sportwatch, its pretty cool, ran around the lake trails the ground was a little wet so I slipped a time or two. Pretty good pace approaching AT pace for a lot of the run, the last minute or so was slow because I was just adding time in my drive way to get the full 6. Splits were 6:24,6:20,6:15,6:29(Hilliest Mile),6:07,6:44(6:15-25 the whole way until last minute), worked on stretches after and a few skip drills before. Easy day tomorrow, steeple nats on Saturday and then real training
