first run over 6 miles since april

holla!!! first 2 were alone, last one was alone. The first mile was a huge struggle but once I warmed up I was feeling good. My pool run kicked my ass last night. My last mile was more like a cooldown because it was so slow but honestly do not care!!! In the middle of the run we were hitting 7:20's or under easily. That felt good.

Lifted and I can actually add more weight and it's easy! Today was a positive day
