Weather: rainy wet 66 degrees
Comments:
I feel the distance was longer than four miles, it took me far to long to complete a 4 mile run. Legs where a little stiff after yesterdays hill work out but I still felt like todays pace was a at a decent tempo! About 36 hours until Saturdays race, need to start focusing on hydration and reduce the amounts of ciggs im smoking!
*measured the loop it was realy a 4.6 mile run not a 4. makes since of the bad time*
