Comments:
i did this on a treadmill because I wanted to see exactly how fast i could go.. I did the 3 mins at 6 minute pace and it was perfect: really hard but i could do it. It felt good! but it was definitely hard. I feel like i'm in better maintenance run shape than I usually am at this point in the season, but not necessarily better workout shape. But definitely not bad!
