I went with my friends to an athletic conditioning class at the Y.. after my workout this morning it was reallyyy hard (well, it always is..) but good! i'm definitely going to take tomorrow super easy though. I just did this because I know it's important to do like body weight stuff and not just run, but i'm bad at motivating myself to do 50 burpees.
