Weather: indoors.
Comments:
I was working out in GDS's gym and needing some cardio, I realized I could start my running season a week earlier, seeing as it has been 3 weeks since track.
Started out with a very short run around the indoor track, but quickly picked up the pace to a tempo to make up for only running for 10 minutes.
