Weather: nice, PERFECT temperature
Comments:
Had a LOT of pent up energy at work today, so naturally when the run started just kind of hammered from the start, feeling pretty good. RnJ to prep, 2 loops of the whole campus, and back. 1.8 out to prep, and the campus loop is 1.5. Soared through the first loop of prep, then kind of slowed it down a little towards the end of the second one and up the pike, but picked it back up again to RnJ. Rest of the week slow
