Comments:
Did toe taps, one legged squats, lunges, regular squats, full core, lots of stretching. Noticed that IT band was very tight after bike ride, only right leg, was also a tight portion of hamstring right under kneecap, which was most likely cause of patellar tendinitis before, so stretched inner hamstrings the most.
