dude i woke up late today and missed the team trip to south chagrin. so me, kid, ethin, and emo goed to north chagrin. i saved 10miles for today. shittt. after like 27 minutes ive had enough. had some branched chains before leaving. good choice. shoulda brought clothes and water with me. but i made it. it was hot and very fatiguing as shit out there. jesus.

then in the evening we went to that um Pahreesa's house. hit up the volleyball for the longest time. and im gonna be sore as fuck. probably threw the football around too much for the good of my rotator cuff. and the frisbee too. hopefully my arm doesnt get too sore for monday.
RIP macros today. had no idea what the nutritional contents of the food. just tried to eyeball the calories. i think i ended up in a caloric surplus or at least pretty close, but the fat intake was probably more than double what it shoulda been. back in the gym monday hopefully ill feel good and fully recharged.
