Lower Back (superman exercise), Triceps, Biceps, Push-ups, Calves (Heel Raises, toe raises, shins), Lunges, and Tim Broe exercises.

More Push-ups and Ab workout.

AND ANYONE HEAR THIS?!?! GERMAN FERNANDEZ NOT ONLY HAS THE SICKEST DOUBLE OF THE MILE (4:00) AND THE TWO MILE (8:35?) BUT BROKE THE NATIONAL RECORD FOR THE 2 MILE WITH 8.34.43...!!!
