Comments:
10 PM!!! But what a difference 15 degrees cooler and windy. Plus, my legs are much looser in the evening, and it beats getting up at 5am. Felt SO much looser than last night, though the R shin seems to be more of a tightness that begins in the ball of the R big toe, wraps around the heel and up the dreaded achilles... I am going to log this as a "cruise" but only in comparison to last night.
