Tried something new...
Tabata Push-ups & Swings
First 20 seconds were push-ups... next 20 were Swings... so on and so forth for 8 minutes to get the full 8 rounds for each exercise. This definitely was not as difficult as the "normal" tabata.
Push-ups: 22,20,16,18,16,17,15,17 (141)
Swings (50lb): 12,13,12,12,12,12,12,13 (98)
