Comments:
I can feel how much food I've eaten since my lat run a day and a half ago... a Dim Sum feast, an enormous Burmese dinner, cereal, Sophie's donuts, multiple paninis, and a root beer float! I have to learn to control myself before I roll away down a Petaluma hill. The first few blocks were brutal as I meandered into the wind from Carol's new house up Hill Blvd. It got uglier still as I turned into the hills and worked tediously up to the water towers above Petaluma. I explored those trails going up then down then up again. Finished down hills so steep I had to chop my strides. Limited in time as it was close to dinner... more food. I did manage a few push ups and planks.
