Comments:
Selfie. afternoon. metallica. beginning of the run was chill pace, and the music was generally slower except for liek Battery. on the way back all the fast stuff came on. i saw david and corey like 400 meters out tried to catch up but they were too far. and Disposable Heroes came on and got me goin for awhile. shit. good feel run though. i got on my toes even in these shoes in the second half.
