Comments:
timed mile. Warm up felt good, mile was OK until about 800 to go.. took out in a 72, came in at 2:34, 4:02, 5:25... the cool down felt like hell. got a side stich about a 1200 into the cool down. I'M OUT OF SHAPE!!
