Morning Run

Weather: Overcast and cool

Comments:
Morning run before a double shift of work. Knee is still a little stiff in the back, but it seemed to go away after about a quarter mile or so. Once that worked itself out things were good to go. It seems one of my playlists on the ipod is almost exactly 35 minutes, so it fit well with the run time today.
