pretty nice with kt. talking helps. didn't do a workout or anything but made sure my form was perfect and that made my abs sore. I actually could not wait to pool run, and it lived up to my expectations.I felt really good and drained afterwards. This week starts the 9 & 8 mile days. I'm excited!
