no stims today just hemavol which tastes like shit and doesnt do anything.

didn't have a spotter but i did incline bb bench to work on the upper chest, and 115lbs was on the less challenging side for 5x8, did all successfully easily.

aimed for 5x12 with 25lbs lateral raises, but did 2x12 and then like 3x10. 25s got pretty tough but i also took 1:30 rest. then did a NOS set but it wasnt as quick since the weights were all gone.

2x10 then 1x12 cable flys first with 20lbs then 17lbs just to get a good stretch and activation.
then did 3x10 with 80lbs per side on the seated hammer strength press. didnt feel it too well in my pecs here to be honest. kept it at 3 sets so i dont strain the front delts and the RC too much.

legs are pretty sore and stiff. feeling kind of exhausted. lack of quality sleep or sleep longer than 6 hours is starting to catch up to me. gotta work on that but thatll be tough with the nba finals tonight and world war z tomorrow night.

i not sure how pulling is gonna go tomorrow morning since my back and traps are sore as fuck.
