Changed my shoelace pattern and it helped a little

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 1900: Very nice. Not too hot or humid

Comments:
Ran at Dunkirk Park with the kids running camp. Most of the run was on soggy grass. Several hills that I would normally consider laughable were not so tonight. I was able to run a little longer before the pain kicked in and it wasn't quite as bad. Maybe the laces and the soft ground helped.
