unnecessarily upset but upset nonetheless

I was doing so well, felt so good, was hitting my stride great, hitting solid 7:20 pace with my 3rd mile ranging 6:58-7:05. Was going for nine. But my blisters are so bad I was basically limping the last of those three miles, and adjusting my form in the most horrible way. Going to try and get these feet healed by saturday and just get all of my cross training in tonight and all day tomorrow. Taking deep breaths and trying to remind myself that it's okay and I have plenty of time and one day is not going to kill me..... right...
