Hard Long Run

Comments:
Only planned on running with Martin for the first 30-40 minutes of the run, but once we got going ended up doing the first 60 minutes with him. For the beginning the pace felt a little harder then comfortable, but then eventually got used to it and decided to keep going with it. Legs were feeling good. Did the last 12 minutes on my own, and slowed down the pace to more of a cooldown and legs started feeling heavy (quads as usual).
