Comments:
Ran inside on the treadmill because of rain - did the interval segments on the treadmill and the jogging segments on the indoor track. Overall I felt good - I even pushed the pace on some of the ladder segments. I probably should have put a little more planning in to the exact paces but I'm happy with the on-the-fly workout.
