Tbar rows with 100lbs. 4x8 felt pretty easy, felt it in the back pretty nicely too, didnt need straps. i can't wait to be rowing 3 plates. one dude was rowing this while completely standing up.
lat pulldowns. 5x6 with 160lbs. hit it all, but tough. form def wasnt perfect. ill get there
one arm rows. 3x10 with 55lbs. MMC was ok, but it really hurt my sore rear delts. and also dropping it was painful on the rotator cuff. maybe ill switch back to using a bench next time.
facepulls. 3x12 with about 37.5lbs. not much to say about that.
close grip curls. 3x10 with 50lbs. not sure if i did the whole 3 sets but it really hurt my ulna. so i think ill stay away from this exercise form now on
hammer curls 3x8 with 35lbs, 3x10with 30lbs then some more reps with 20lbs. my forearms were still sore from the previous pull session. but thats all good.
