Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
went with a high school teammate for seven miles. he took it out at 6:40 pace- first mile was 7:01, second was 6:40. so I was a little labored, kinda regretted going with him. but we slowed down. Definitely didn't drink enough water, still shivering and got heat cramps. Yay. But other than that, I'm feeling that progress is being made. The rest of the run was uphill so we were hitting 7:20-7:40, which I'm okay with, just felt bad for him!
