Comments:
i celebrated the first day of summer by going for my longest run since I started training. Felt really good on the way out which was down hill and felt alright for the first 20 minutes of uphill. Then I got really tired and struggled up the last few hills. the bugs were flying all around me too, which wasnt much fun.
