Comments:
Took yesterday off because foot was still hurting and slept very poorly last night so wasn't sure if I should do this today but I toughed it out. Was very challenging mentally. Heart rate started going beyond tempo zone around 6-6.5 miles so I cut tempo to 7 miles instead of 8. Stayed at 10.3 speed the entire time.
