Comments:
Did one legged squats and regular squats, no toe taps. Also did 8 strides for 9 seconds apiece on grass. Tried to have good form during strides, there was no pain so it was okay. Couldn't do lunges, there was terrible pain on right IT band, left one wasn't that bad though. Stretched hamstrings and quads normal amount, but stretched IT band extra, since this is the second day it has been pretty bad (and worse than yesterday) Rolled IT band on foam roller to loosen up. Did some core stabilization stuff later.
