Ok before the little black kids were just chillin on the floor but now theyre starting to use machines and shit and its getting annoying they better not interfere with my workout.
For pre-workout, i made my own Hyphy MUD. shout out to Kali Muscle for this formulation. i used mountain dew instead of pepsi. more caffeine and more sugar. used a total of 12oz of mountain dew and 3 teaspoons of maxwell house instant coffee. split this up half and half. first half before my treadmill warmup and then sipped on the other half during my first exercise.
Starting the week off right with some heavy ass squats. went up to 195lbs for that 5x5, which felt great. in the first 3 sets the sticking points were busted thru with relative ease. by now, Hyphy Mud was working and i was feeling great. I had great energy, great focus, i was feeling aggressive and #alphaasfuck. didnt give a shit about nobody else and attacked that bar. only took about 2 min rest cuz i was confident and didnt feel like i needed more. set for rep 5 i had some trouble getting up, though i was gonna have to give in to the bar, but i was like fuck that and pushed right thru it. def on some occasions i feel like i was tipping to my toes a bit, but even on those reps i did feel like i was pushing with my glutes and quads real well. 5x5 successfully completed.
was gonna do hamstrings but the lil' nigglets were all over that. so i did hack squats. loaded up 40lbs each side and it felt even easier than 35. 3x8 with ease. it was nice.
hamstrings. did 3x10-12 with 90lbs. hamstrings dont quite feel as strong, but its ok. probably cuz i havent hit it was consisntently in the past month. i didnt do stiff leg deads since i wanted to save my lower back for wednesday.
seated calf raises. 5x20 with 75lbs. good stuff.
right to calf raises on the leg press machine with 100lbs each side. got a good burn and they feel sore now.
i think i took just a bit more than the optimal amount of hyphy mud. i was well energized but possibly not feeling like i was gonna puke or anything. but i thikn i could use a bit less. like 3/4 as much
