Comments:
Only went about 8-10 miles on bike during this class, but got more out of the pushups, pull ups, weights, and sit ups I did while riding or not riding the bike. Did this right after my 6 miles on treadmill. Prob too much considering still feeling effects of meds and wisdom teeth being out.
