Exercise Type: Run

Weather: muggy, hateful weather

Comments:
ran to the y and did a peace mile. then I ran the ski course (5K) doing natural bounding interval like we do at higley. I would say that the uphills are more significant than higley, longer, but there is more rest between them which seemed ok because instead of an 8 minute interval it was 3 miles continuously. then I went on the last uphill and did 10 then over to rooty and did 10. about 30 seconds of strong bounding each.
ran home.
felt good doing this because it was a good workout not because I necessarily liked it. although seeing a frequent top 15 fellow carnival skier out there was motivating, thank you Carly Wynn.
