Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Little bit over 1.5 warmup.
3x1 mile (5 minute rest). Had a milemarker for the first mile and was 6:14. Didn´t have mile markers for the next 2, but paced by Martin so next 2 just did the same pace for 6:15. Didn´t hit the pace I was supposed too, but just can´t get there and get frustrated.
