Exercise Type: Elliptical

Weather: muggy, started storming about half way through

Comments:
did no pole skate from sweet road to country club; birdsall to the top of the first hill where the biketrail picks up again; the far side of glen lake road to the top of I-49 bridge; glen lake road again to top of fisrt hill; bay to Sanford. expect for the on to the I-49 bridge which was 6 minutes and a steeper hill where my HR got to 188, all were about 3 minutes and my HR was between 165-170. picked good spots to stay in that level 2-3 range. did some of the poling twice per one stride drill and did 5 starts on my street because it's now so beautifully repaved.
