Split up the pre-workout today. had Craze before getting on the treadmill. no tingles but go into the mindset and got warmed up. then sipped on Unleashed during the first 2 exercises. i'd say today was pretty successful.
Tbar rows, had 105lbs on. planned for 105-115, but 105s felt good, no need to rush it with the weight. 4x8. great MMC, no straps even. love the tbar row. very effective to thicken up the back.
Lat pulldowns. took a short break before starting this to give the arms a rest. did 4x7 with 160lbs, pretty much hit it all. and didnt use straps for the first 2 sets. it was real good. pulled aggressively. the difference this time was i did lock out at the top, which is letting tension off the lats but actually gives it a stretch and primes you for the next rep. if i dont lock out i think the stack weighs more than me so i just waste too much energy trying to stay in the seat.
one armed rows. kept the feet parallel instead of staggered today and it may have been better. did either 4 or 5 x 10 with 55lbs. i think 5x10. it also causes less torsion in the lower back which is always good.
facepulls super set with reverse RD flyes. 37.5 for 3x12 and 20lbs for 3x10.
screwed around with the barbell shrug but it didnt workout well cuz the bar kept hitting my balls which heavily restricted the range of motion. adn the jeff seid back machine. it was ok.
curls. 70lbs for 3 or 4 by 7?? fuck. i dont remember.
hammer curls for 3x8 with 35s and then burnout set with 25s. its def tougher to hit the biceps with full force with combining it to back day at the end of the workout.
no dumbass little kids getting in my way today. thank god.
