Comments:
I had a good amount of water- several bottles worth the night before and a maybe 2 glasses in the morning. It was a fartlick run- 3 minute easy pace, 20 seconds of pushing. Adidas shoes. I had a bagel for breakfast 30 minutes prior to running. My sleep was nonexistant. 4 or 5 hours.
